TGRC, a premier staffing agency in the renewable energy sector, seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations for various onshore wind projects across Lithuania. This vital role offers a competitive day rate of €600 and is key to the effective and safe management of our onshore wind farms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations across multiple locations in Lithuania, ensuring all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate and lead site personnel, organizing tasks and schedules to optimize productivity and project outcomes.

• Facilitate seamless communication between the company headquarters, local authorities, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective project execution.

• Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, tackle potential delays, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Uphold strict compliance with environmental regulations, focusing on minimizing the ecological footprint of the projects.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager, specifically within the onshore wind energy sector.

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams in multiple locations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive, effective actions under pressure.

• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with current industry technologies.

• Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in Lithuania are a plus.

This contract role spans a 12-month period, with potential for extension or renewal based on project requirements and individual performance.
