​​Dan Potts is a chartered accountant and experienced finance leader within the staffing and recruitment sector. Dan has worked across various environments, entrepreneurial owner-managed, PE-backed and listed businesses, across the technology and recruitment sectors with an international focus. Dan particularly enjoys working in the SME space with growth businesses, helping guide them through scale-up and change to deliver ambitious business plans & objectives and has been involved in several successful exits in recent years. In his role at The Green Recruitment Company (TGRC), Dan is responsible for all finance, tax, risk, legal, M&A and investor/banking relations, developing best practices to help shape and lead the business's rapid growth domestically and internationally.
