About the Role:

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of constructing and maintaining critical infrastructure necessary for the effective transmission and distribution of renewable energy. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are executed with precision, adhering to high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct civil engineering tasks related to grid transmission and distribution projects, ensuring all activities comply with project requirements and regulations.

• Coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of construction quality.

• Prepare and review site reports, designs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor project timelines and schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet key milestones.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in civil engineering within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on grid infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) are highly desirable.
