​Construction Manager (Offshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is pleased to offer an exceptional contract opportunity for a seasoned Construction Manager to lead a prominent offshore wind project based in Miaoli County. This role offers a lucrative day rate of $750, under a 12-month contract, designed for a leader with a robust background in offshore construction and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction phase of an offshore wind farm project in Miaoli County.

• Manage project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure targets are met without compromise.

• Lead safety management practices to maintain strict compliance with international standards.

• Facilitate coordination between multiple project teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Construction Manager, specifically in offshore wind projects.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion.

• Strong leadership skills and the capability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Relevant certifications in construction management and safety protocols.
