Job Description:

Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Developer, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of Solar PV projects in Wiltshire. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are constructed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire construction process for Solar PV projects, from site preparation to commissioning

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors

• Ensure projects are constructed safely, on time, and within budget

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental requirements

• Provide regular project updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Solar PV industry

• Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems and construction methodologies

• Experience managing complex construction projects, including managing budgets and schedules

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental requirements
