Job description
The Role:
Build a commercial asset management team
Lead the active management of onshore wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects across Europe
Develop, integrate, and operate a technical monitoring platform for the existing and future portfolio
Coordinate external asset management service providers, including regular calls, daily alignments, and support in decision-making processes for the managing directors
Ensure an excellent and professional onboarding process and construction management of newly acquired assets
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and build relationships with asset managers and other contractors
Oversee compliance and claims of all relevant project contracts (in close collaboration with external service providers)
Coordinate asset-specific budgets and liquidity planning (including cash upstreaming recommendations and execution)
Work closely with other departments regarding the overall budget and achievement of profitability goals
Possibility to become the managing director of selected SPVs
The Person:
Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management for renewable energy
Experience in building and leading your own team
Comprehensive understanding of energy markets (across Europe, including subsidy schemes) and project management of renewable energy assets
Experience with LucaNet and technical monitoring platforms (such as GreenPowerMonitor, Bazefield, Greenbyte, or others) is an advantage
Ability to clearly articulate results and insights
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Structured working style and a team player mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish is an advantage
