The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Project Finance Director to join an IPP and to support their growth plans. As the Project Finance Director, you will execute and oversee capital transactions including tax equity, M&A, and equity and project-level debt raises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead on debt and equity raise transactions. Responsibilities include due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.

• Work collaboratively with the development team to provide guidance and support related to financing.

• Oversee all due diligence, financial modeling, and tax equity/project equity financing.

• Interface with banks, investors, and other capital providers/3rd parties.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7-12 years experience in finance in project finance (renewables experience highly preferred).

• Tax equity transaction experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of project finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

• Experience leading and/or developing a deal team.

• Proficiency in creating and managing financial models specific to renewable energy projects.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and act as a self-starter.
