Job description

​Our client, a leader in customer engagement/communications software for utilities, recently received significant funding from leading climate investors and is growing their sales team.

Utilities rely on this product to:

  • ensure delivery of critical communications with customers (and increase delivery speed)

  • automate low-value/high-volume customer service activities in order to reduce operating costs

  • develop more sophisticated customer profiles using AI in order to increase program enrollments and better monetize customer relationships.

This is a remote role, with the opportunity to own a relatively untapped Midwest and/or Central territory, reporting to the CRO.

Required experience/profile:

  • Experience selling SaaS products to electric utilities

  • A strong relevant customer/prospect network in the Midwest/Central US

  • Track record of success managing long sales cycles and closing large dollar-value agreements

  • Location: Must be based in (or near) the Midwest/Central US with ability to travel
