Job description

​We are seeking a highly driven professional to significantly contribute to our clients growth in Europe. As Head of Project Development, you will oversee the entire development process of renewable energy assets, from market entry to the creation of ready-to-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead and manage the pipeline and development process for all target markets.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the European development team, prioritizing tasks and recruiting essential personnel.

  • Project Management: Guide the project development team from site identification to Ready to Build (RTB) status.

  • Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration among internal functions and external parties.

  • Risk Management: Maintain and manage the risk matrix throughout the development pipeline.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and manage new partnerships in target markets.

  • M&A Support: Assist in coordinating mergers and acquisitions, including project and asset valuation and evaluation.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy team on market entry strategies.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across target markets.

Your Experience and Skills:
  • Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in developing energy projects.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to efficiently lead development teams in Europe.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Education: University degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, engineering management, or similar.
