​The Opportunity:

• Strategic and operational management of the asset management team to optimize the technical and economic performance of our portfolio

• Monitoring and controlling the operation of wind and solar parks, including collaboration with O&M service providers and grid operators

• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns and minimize operating costs

• Performance analysis of assets and implementation of efficiency improvement measures

• Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements as well as ESG guidelines

• Acting as an interface to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and authorities

• Budgeting and financial controlling of the assets, as well as reporting to senior management

• Identifying and implementing new technologies to improve asset performance

The Person:

• Degree in industrial engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector

• In-depth technical and economic understanding of wind and solar projects

• Experience working with O&M service providers, grid operators, and investors

• Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills

• Proficient in relevant software and data analysis tools

• Fluent in English
