Your Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team across France, ensuring ambitious targets are met.
Drive greenfield development from origination to ready-to-build, with a focus on solar and wind assets.
Build partnerships and manage acquisitions to expand our project pipeline, aiming for hundreds of MWs under development.
Oversee successful partnerships and acquisitions, ensuring projects reach ready-to-build status.
Provide high-quality reporting and team education based on your extensive knowledge of French solar and wind regulations.
Shape and implement the country strategy, leading market development through relevant actions.
Your Profile:
Essential:
Experience managing and growing teams across different locations.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, especially in acquisitions.
Expertise in greenfield solar and wind development, with a proven track record in France.
Extensive industry network and ability to navigate French permitting and regulation.
Willingness to travel.
Desirable:
A master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
Understanding of electricity markets and value creation strategies.
Fluency in French and English; other European languages are a plus.
