HSE Advisor Needed for Exciting Onshore Wind Farm Project in Trøndelag, Norway!
Job Overview

TGRC is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a dynamic team working on onshore wind farms in Trøndelag, Norway. Responsibilities
Safety Oversight: Monitor and enforce the implementation of safety protocols on-site.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all activities comply with local and international HSE regulations.
Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions for staff to promote a culture of safety on the wind farm.
Incident Management: Respond to and investigate HSE incidents, compiling detailed reports and recommendations for prevention.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the improvement of HSE policies and practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within similar projects, specifically in onshore wind farms.
Required certifications in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the latest industry standards and regulations.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Location
