TGRC is looking for an experienced and skilled Hydrogen Project & Product Manager is an Senior Professional Band based in Houston and is very strategic for the new hydrogen portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Becoming the key reference point within company on the focus technologies and development programs
• Liaising with company teams (e.g. Engineering, Incubator, Product Leadership, etc.) to define and execute acquired companies’ product/solution validation programs, supply-chain, manufacturing and commercialization set-ups and optimization, supporting also the capital allocation process for new investments
• Providing input to define value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users and coordinate cross-functional support for budget proposals and technical offering
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess in-house competencies, define targets such as performance, costs, lead-time for market application and to execute on opportunities
• Partnering with the Sales team, Key Accounts and Commercial organization to define customer engagement and product strategy during early stages of project development
• Identifying and working with third parties to provide additional skills, expertise and resource to deliver projects
• Leading the coordination of activities including, application of processes to design and deliver programs and projects requirements, by definition of schedules, resources and costs and required for execution, as well as monitoring progress, and granting application of internal New Product Development procedure.
• Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans
• Identify all risks linked to each project and program lead, setting up and executing the required activities to ensure each risk is identified, understood and properly managed, with clear disclosure to the relevant stakeholders during the project/program life
• Develop and monitor project execution with specific KPIs and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have a Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Demonstrate experience in Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial, nice-to-have is a relevant experience in the hydrogen market
• Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find the win-win solution
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems, providing resolutions and a clear “make things happen” approach
• Be able to travel internationally to visit customers, suppliers, partners or company locations
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English
• Demonstrate experience in the energy industry
• Have experience in managing external delivery partners
