​Installation Supervisor – Floating Offshore Wind Projects

Location: Ulsan City, South Korea
Type: Contract (12 months)
Hourly Rate: $55-70 USD

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to partner with a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm specializing in innovative Floating Offshore Wind Projects. We are currently seeking a motivated Installation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ulsan City, South Korea.

Role Overview: As an Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation stages of cutting-edge offshore wind projects. This position demands a high level of precision and expertise in managing complex installations, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of floating offshore wind structures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Manage onsite teams, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficient operations.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project milestones.

• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges, promoting a proactive problem-solving environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising large-scale offshore or wind farm projects.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to offshore wind installations.

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is advantageous but not required.

• Relevant certifications in project management or construction supervision are preferred.
