​I'm currently recruiting for an Investment Banking Associate to join the Energy Transition team of one of my clients. In this role, you will support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and advisory transactions within the renewable energy and power sectors.

Key responsibilities include conducting financial modeling and analysis, preparing pitch materials, managing client relationships, and assisting in deal execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy market, excellent analytical skills, and a keen interest in sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.

• Assist in the creation of pitch materials, presentations, and client reports.

• Support senior bankers in managing transaction processes from start to finish.

• Monitor market trends and industry developments in renewable energy and power.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of the renewable energy and power sectors with a proven transaction track record across these industries

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
