Join a dynamic team driving the performance of renewable energy and battery storage assets! This role puts you at the forefront of operations and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution of on-site services, optimizing asset performance, and troubleshooting technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support operational and maintenance activities across multiple sites.

• Serve as the on-site representative during key contractor-led service operations.

• Efficiently manage maintenance contracts to optimize costs and enhance revenue generation.

• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analyses.

• Define and oversee necessary spare parts for cables and associated accessories.

• Ensure that system design, installation, testing, and documentation comply with regulatory and quality standards.

• Evaluate and verify data provided by contractors.

• Offer technical insights to aid decision-making.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance-related activities, ensuring compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Oversee daily facility operations, established protocols, and asset management systems.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for operational sites.

• While this role does not include direct reports, it requires strong stakeholder management, including engagement with landowners and coordination of contractors and subcontractors on maintenance matters.
