Contract Opportunity: Site Manager

Location: Saint-Nazaire, France

Contract Length: 18 months

Day Rate: €650

TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our prestigious offshore wind project based in Saint-Nazaire. This pivotal role offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a dynamic field in renewable energy on a substantial 18-month contract.

Role Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the construction, maintenance, and operations of the offshore wind facility.

• Manage onsite staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, and external contractors, to ensure project timelines are met.

• Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Solve onsite problems effectively, acting as the first point of contact for any onsite issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the offshore wind sector.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic offshore environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A robust understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Technical background in engineering or relevant field is highly desirable.
