• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance management of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants to ensure the safety and efficient operation of equipment.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans, conduct regular equipment inspections, reduce failure rates, and extend equipment lifespan.

• Monitor power generation and system performance, promptly identify and resolve technical issues to maximize power generation efficiency.

• Manage and coordinate external contractors, oversee maintenance project progress and quality, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Collaborate with the technical team to propose system optimization recommendations and enhance overall power plant performance.

• Handle affairs related to government agencies and power companies to ensure compliance and legality.

• Prepare and submit operational reports, and regularly report on equipment status and power plant performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; preference given to those with backgrounds in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in operations or maintenance within the solar or related industries, with familiarity in the working principles and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.

• Knowledge of Taiwan’s electricity regulations and relevant policies; preference given to those with experience in government compliance matters.

• Strong team management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources.

• Robust fault analysis and resolution capabilities, with the ability to quickly respond to emergencies under pressure.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with managers, clients, and contractors at all levels.

• Preference given to those holding an electrician’s license or relevant solar industry certifications.

• Work location: Taipei/Taichung/Kaohsiung (arranged based on demand).

6. 处理与政府部门及电力公司相关的事务，确保合规性与合法性。

7. 编写并提交运营报告，定期汇报设备状态与电厂表现。

任职资格：

1. 工程相关专业毕业，具备电力、机械或电子背景优先。

2. 3年以上太阳能或相关行业的运营或维护经验，熟悉光伏系统的运作原理及设备维护。

3. 熟悉台湾电力法规及相关政策，有处理政府合规性事务经验者优先。

4. 具备良好的团队管理能力，能有效协调内外部资源。

5. 较强的故障分析与解决能力，能够在压力下快速应对突发情况。

6. 良好的沟通与报告撰写能力，能与各级主管、客户及承包商进行顺畅的沟通。

7. 持有电工技师证照或太阳能相关专业认证者优先。
