Job description
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various departments. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to support team productivity.
Track and maintain records related to inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Support the fleet of cars by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for various operational activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Generate reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any operational issues.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required).
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations coordination or administration.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
