We are actively seeking an Owner’s Representative to oversee and manage critical projects in Philadelphia. This is a 12-month contract position offering an excellent hourly rate and a unique chance to shape the renewable energy landscape.

Role Overview: In your role as the Owner’s Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between the project owner and all other parties involved in the project. Your mission will be to ensure that every aspect of the project is delivered with precision, adheres to the established goals, and remains within budget and schedule constraints. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of significant solar and energy storage developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.

• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear progress toward project goals.

• Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and expenditure.

• Identify and resolve project issues swiftly to minimize impacts on timeline and costs.

• Perform regular site visits and conduct audits to uphold safety and quality standards.

• Generate comprehensive reports and provide regular updates to the project owner and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record as an Owner’s Representative, particularly in the solar PV and energy storage sectors.

• Robust project management capabilities, demonstrated by past success in adhering to project schedules and budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.

• Deep understanding of industry standards, construction management practices, and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
