Package Manager (WTG) - Offshore Wind Sector
Location: Lübeck
Salary: Equivalent to €120,000 per annum
Contract Duration: 12 months

TGRC, a premier recruitment agency specializing in renewable energy, is actively seeking a highly skilled Package Manager with expertise in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for an ambitious offshore wind project based in Lübeck. This essential role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum and is designed for a fixed-term 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of the WTG package, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
Coordinate effectively among project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee seamless integration and execution of WTG components.
Handle the technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including contract negotiations, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Conduct project meetings to deliver strategic direction, progress updates, and resolve any arising challenges with both internal teams and external partners.
Proactively manage and resolve technical issues to maintain project continuity and control costs.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in project management within the offshore wind sector, specifically focused on Wind Turbine Generators.
Robust technical knowledge of WTG design, production, and installation processes.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
