We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support our growing operations in the T&D and Renewables sectors. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement processes across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with UK-based project managers, ensuring effective management of subcontractor relationships, procurement documentation, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and verify subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual scope and commercial terms.

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), supplier quotations, and delivery schedules in alignment with project timelines.

  • Act as the primary procurement liaison for UK-based subcontractors, supporting scope clarifications, invoice queries, and timely payment processing.

  • Collaborate regularly with UK Project Managers to ensure aligned procurement execution and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, ensuring traceability, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Monitor supplier performance, maintain documentation, and contribute to supplier evaluations.

  • Support the tracking of variation claims and assist in drafting Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Event Notifications (CENs).

  • Participate in vendor risk assessments and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, commercial coordination, or project support, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities, with a high attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of procurement platforms and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent in English with a clear understanding of contract and procurement workflows.
