Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

The Green Recruitment is partnering with a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager. They are looking to hire a Chartered Accountant who has experience with Commerce and Industry, specifically the renewable energy asset management sector. The role is based in Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the lender and financial reporting requirements for their portfolio

• Own key balance sheet lines, reconciliations and processes

• Taking ownership of the year-end reporting

• Generation of annual budgets for the portfolio SPVs

• High-quality monthly and ad-hoc reporting to the wider teams using Power BI and presentations

• Analysis of portfolio companies as required

• In-depth understanding of the assets

• Liaising with technical, operations and data teams to provide high-quality commentary on portfolio performance

• Strong ability to understand financial models including valuation models and debt reporting models

• Financial model updates

• Extraction of data from inherited financial models

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in asset management, preferably in the energy sector

• Knowledge and experience with Excel and PowerBI preferred

• Prior experience in lender and debt reporting
