Job description
My client, a well-funded renewable energy company backed by a major European financial institution, is seeking a Graduate Project Developer to join its expanding team in Munich. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated graduate with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field to gain direct experience in the development of large-scale solar PV and battery storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the entire project development lifecycle, from site selection to permitting.
Assist in technical, regulatory, and environmental assessments required for project approval.
Conduct market research and policy analysis to inform project strategy.
Engage with landowners, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders throughout the development process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure project feasibility.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Knowledge of regulatory and permitting processes in Germany is an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
