Job description

​Green Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing renewables IPP and investment fund based on the East Coast. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of renewable energy projects.

  • Support the construction phase, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Conduct technical due diligence, reviewing engineering designs, energy yield assessments, and feasibility studies.

  • Monitor QA/QC processes, ensuring compliance with Australian industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Provide technical support for procurement activities, equipment selection, and contractor engagement.

  • Oversee site studies, grid connection processes, and environmental compliance.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize project performance.

  • Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes.

About You
  • A degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or related field).

  • Minimum two years of experience in utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, or BESS projects in Australia.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction best practices.

  • Understanding of grid connection requirements, energy yield modelling, and system design.

  • Familiarity with Australian engineering and safety standards for renewable energy projects.

  • Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).
