The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Photovoltaic Projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW in Germany for a prominent energy company. The initial project, a 50 MW installation, is scheduled for construction between 2024 and 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical aspects with local PV and RPG Holding teams.

• Lead tendering processes and negotiate contractor agreements.

• Ensure projects meet quantitative and qualitative goals within established timelines and expected returns.

• Manage team members, establish goals, and prioritize tasks.

• Conduct frequent site visits, coordinating with Site Managers, Supervisors, and Contractors.

• Communicate effectively across company departments.

• Provide periodic reports to the Board as per company policy.

• Implement quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in relevant field.

• Advanced understanding of legal and administrative processes.

• Experience in tendering, negotiation, and contracting; familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in project management.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
