Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in Madrid

The role will require you to individually network with both clients and professionals within the renewable energy space across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates for clients, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit

• Managing the placement process and recruitment process from start to finish

• Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients

• Advising clients on hiring solutions

• Reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating candidate shortlists

• Briefing candidates on the role and pay rates

• Preparing candidates for interview

• Providing feedback to candidates & clients following interviews

• Discussing client job offers

• Negotiating rates and finalising arrangements for placements

What are we looking for:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally across the industrials or finance space

• Ability to manage own time effectively

• Articulate communicator

• A confident and positive attitude

• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
