​I am looking for a Senior O&M Engineer for an exciting opportunity in the Battery Energy Storage (BESS) sector. This is a unique chance to be the first in a newly forming O&M team, shaping strategies, optimising large-scale assets, and playing a key role in building out the team as the company expands.

Role Purpose:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of large-scale BESS plants.

• Ensure smooth commissioning and transition from construction to full operation.

• Implement O&M strategies to drive operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

• Manage vendor contracts, asset performance, and site activities.

• Leverage SCADA and analytics to monitor and optimize performance.
