About the Role:

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our renewable energy project sites. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a keen focus on efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring project deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.

• Implement and maintain stringent health and safety standards, fostering a safe work environment.

• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and manage site staff to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.

• Regularly update and report on project status to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, local authorities, and community groups.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in a Site Manager role within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Grid Transmission & Distribution projects.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating staff and managing complex team dynamics.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant industry certifications, such as SMSTS or NEBOSH, would be advantageous.
