​Job Title: Site Manager - Onshore Wind Developer

Location: Greece

Job Type: Contract, 6 Months

Salary: Hourly rate of €55-€70

Our client, a leading onshore wind developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support their project in Greece. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing wind farm construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This role is a contract position and will last for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction of the wind farm, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines, reporting regularly to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with local regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing wind farm construction projects, particularly in the onshore wind industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and requirements for wind farm construction.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred.

  • Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
