​We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers at Senior, Principal or Technical Director level to lead high-impact transmission and distribution projects. Collaborating with teams domestically and globally, you'll drive the development of resilient energy networks supporting the global energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transmission and distribution projects from concept to delivery.

• Collaborate with international teams for seamless project execution.

• Apply expertise in power, protection, control systems, earthing, and telecommunication engineering.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Contribute to business development through proposals and presentations.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).

• Extensive experience at Senior, Principal, Technical Director level in transmission and distribution.

• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) is a plus.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to work across regions and navigate regulatory standards.
