Are you a seasoned engineering leader passionate about driving renewable energy solutions? We’re looking for a Renewable Energy Engineering Lead / Technical Engineering Manager to join a high-impact team in Denver, CO. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical sales leadership with strategic engineering team management.
What You’ll Do:
Lead discovery calls and renewable energy programs (wind, solar + storage, geothermal, etc.) with enterprise customers.
Drive technical sales processes from opportunity assessment through contract negotiation and solution implementation.
Mentor and manage a talented engineering team, ensuring project excellence and on-time delivery.
Guide and collaborate with suppliers to elevate audit and proposal quality and best practices.
Build scalable technical processes that result in high proposal win rates and seamless implementation.
What You Bring:
10+ years in technical sales and engineering management, with strong leadership capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or renewable energy); Master’s preferred.
Expertise in renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency principles.
Proven experience leading customer calls, managing workflows between sales and operations, and guiding technical teams (global team experience is a plus).
Bonus: Familiarity with ITC benefits and technical project management tools.
