The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to act as our subject matter expert and internal lead for our tech stack, including management of our CRM and its integration within our technology ecosystem. This pivotal role involves enhancing business operations by identifying and implementing technological opportunities and efficiencies. Reporting to the Group Marketing & Operations Director, this role offers an opportunity to lead and innovate within our operations team, providing crucial support and integration across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Holistic management and integration of our technology stack, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

• Supervise and coordinate with third-party IT support, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and value for money.

• Manage system updates, licenses, and IT asset registers, and support our L&D function by ensuring effective training and usage of systems.

• Oversee and enhance database administration, primarily using Loxo, and ensure accurate management reporting and integration with various platforms.

• Lead IT management tasks including onboarding, asset management, and coordination with external support solutions.

• Project management and technical support for company-wide initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of recruitment workflows and a proven track record in managing complex tech ecosystems.
