The Position

1. The client’s transaction advisory division is experiencing rapid expansion. To meet the increasing demand for execution capacity, we are seeking a VP Corporate Finance who can grow alongside the organization. The client is global, diverse, and takes pride in recruiting primarily from top-tier academic and professional backgrounds.

2. Based in London you will collaborate with leading global corporations, investment funds, and growth-stage companies on asset and corporate M&A or private capital market transactions. Your role will involve close coordination with the managing partner (based in Berlin) and the head of transaction advisory (based in London).

3. The client’s global hub for transaction advisory and investment banking is in London. You will serve as a trusted partner to this team and the exceptional strategy consulting teams located in Berlin, Dubai, Paris, and London. This role goes beyond transaction execution, offering exposure to cutting-edge industrial expertise that forms the foundation of the client’s success. Your Profile

• A 6–9 year proven history of excellence in corporate finance is required. Expertise in transaction oversight and structuring is critical. Project finance experience is not applicable.

• You have experience with a well-regarded bank or boutique advisory firm, with a specialization in asset, corporate, or private equity market transactions.

• You possess strong skills in organization, attention to detail, process management, and relevant experience.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
