​The Green Recruitment Company has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President Corporate Finance to join a fast-growing transaction advisory business dedicated to renewable energy and cleantech.

Based at the global centre for transaction advisory and investment banking in London, this role offers a broader scope of work beyond execution-only investment banking with exposure to leading-edge industrial expertise unmatched by traditional investment banks.

About the role

The Vice President will have an opportunity to join a diverse team supporting global clients in delivering the energy transition and work on corporate finance transactions globally in a renowned advisory boutique to deliver Net Zero

The Vice President will focus on blue-chip global corporates, investment funds and growth companies in asset and corporate M&A, or private capital markets, collaborating with both the Managing Partner based in Germany and Head of Transactions advisory based in London.

Requirements:

• A track record in corporate finance excellence of more than 6 years.

• Transaction management and structuring experience

• Experience gained at a respected bank or advisory boutique exclusively on asset, corporate or private market equity transactions is preferred

• Strong interest in energy-related topics, enthusiasm for renewable energy
