The Wind Site Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and adherence to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality at the construction site. Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations.

• Oversee the completion of site administration to agreed performance standards (schedule, quality level, budget).

• Assume economic responsibility, including calculating material, personnel, and running costs for suppliers.

• Coordinate with contractors before and during the execution of work, ensuring all activities align with project goals.

• Establish and implement efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting.

• Assess risks and opportunities at the construction site, including economic, organizational, or contractual aspects.

• Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, laws, and quality and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines.

• Lead and develop a team of qualified employees in various functional areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction or energy sector.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and laws.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the site in decision-making committees.
