​​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have exclusively partnered with a global leader in technical, commercial & due diligence consulting, with expertise spanning the entire renewables, energy transition & cleantech markets.

With an impressive array of Clientele ranging from OEMs, Fleet Operators, Investors, electricity networks & government – the business now seeks to build a new Team of passionate, subject matter experts in the field of Electric Vehicles (Charging technology & infrastructure, V2G, Battery Tech, fleet transitions & market development).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and managing technical and commercial due diligence for transactions in the electric mobility sector.

  • Technical reporting and analysis covering a wide variety of the electric mobility value chain.

  • Identifying and nurturing customer relationships, discovering needs, and quantifying how the business can add value.

  • Monitoring market developments and shaping company business development activities to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

  • Leading and providing written content and technical analysis for the preparation of reports, as well as contributing to the development of proposals for new work.

  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals in response to formal invitations to tender received from a wide range of clients, including corporates, trade associations, local authorities, European Commission and UK government departments.

Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as electrical engineering, maths or physics.

  • Demonstrable understanding of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure and/or automotive market in the UK and Europe

  • Candidates with previous work experience with a charge point operator (CPO), experience of working on projects related to electric buses, or EV fleet transition is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this will be a customer-facing role.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
