​The Green Recruitment Company has been exclusively engaged by a global leader in the development of innovative energy solutions, in search of a passionate and driven Hardware Product Specialist to lead their electrification revolution.

With a robust infrastructure already in place, our client operates one of the fastest-growing EV charging networks globally. As such, this role is responsible for solving difficult customer enquiries, onboarding new hardware, as well as maintaining their current portfolio. In order to do this, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive the global delivery of these products, ensuring they meet customer needs, strategic goals, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the onboarding of new Electrical Supply Equipment suppliers and serves as the primary technical liaison with equipment suppliers.

• Conducts root cause fault analysis and identifies solutions for installation, commissioning, and operational issues.

• Ensures that all Electrical Supply Equipment products are standardised and meet the minimum technical requirements.

• Evaluates innovative technologies and plans their implementation into the existing network, given a positive business justification.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Degree in Engineering

• Previous experience in designing and executing electrical engineering projects.

• Experience in defining specifications for electrical supply equipment.

• Extensive experience with electrical infrastructure and the delivery of energy from generation to end user

• Proficiency in energy administration, including load management, intelligent charging, vehicle-to-grid technology (V2G), microgrids
