As the Manager Project Finance], you will play a pivotal role in the financing and financial management of our solar PV, wind, and solar storage projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure project financing, manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure the financial success of our renewable energy ventures.

The Role:

    • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability, financing structures, and risk management.

    • Project Financing: Identify, secure, and manage project financing sources, including debt, equity, tax incentives, grants, and subsidies.

    • Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models for solar PV, wind, and solar storage projects, including cash flow projections, NPV, IRR, and ROI analysis.

    • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential project investments, assessing risks and opportunities.

    • Budgeting and Cost Control: Establish project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.

    • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate financial terms in contracts, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other project agreements.

    • Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with project investors, providing regular updates on financial performance and addressing investor inquiries.

    • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and tax incentives related to renewable energy projects.

    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, including market volatility, currency exchange, and operational risks.

    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project development, engineering, and operations, to align financial strategies with project goals.

The Individual:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    • Proven experience in project finance within the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar PV, wind, and solar storage.

    • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.

    • Fluent in English
