Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead team members to provide excellent customer service.

  2. Interview suitable candidates with HR for the pre and post-sales and fulfilment department.

  3. Assist in achieving sales and margin targets.

  4. Build technical relationships with all clients and provide product consultation and customer training.

  5. Gather information from the market and customers and give feedback to internal teams.

  6. Participate in the review of customer contracts and control risks in quality and warranty.

  7. Control the quality process from product production to delivery.

  8. Work closely with sales teams to meet with customers.

  9. Liaise with customers to understand needs/project requirements and be responsible for technical proposals.

  10. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Position Requirement:

  1. Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Power or related field.

  2. Minimum 6 years of field sales experience in the PV industry. Having good knowledge of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required.

  3. Good proficiency in English is a MUST and any other local languages are an added advantage.

  4. Strong negotiating and communication skills.

  5. Self-motivated, independent, diligent and detail-oriented personality.

  6. Proactive in solving problems, open to customers.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access).

  8. Willingness to do business travel overseas on short notice;
