Through their suite of Smart Grid software solutions, they are enabling utilities and grid operators to monitor, optimise, & control power grids.

Following VC-backing and successfully onboarding an impressive list of international clients, they are currently searching for a Delivery Manager, who will play an important role in the business’ continued success by overseeing numerous innovation and BAU projects.

This individual will be working internally and with major utilities to ensure that the suite of Smart Grid solutions are successfully implemented. Therefore, they must bring project & delivery expertise, ideally surrounding smart grid/energy systems/cleantech products.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely and on-budget completion of innovation and business-as-usual projects.

• Create scalable delivery processes for new and existing projects.

• Encourage internal & external collaborations and effective communication.

• Manage projects from conception to launch, ensuring they are aligned to strategic goals.

• Monitor project timelines and schedules, making adjustments as required.

• Grow and lead an effective project delivery team.

• Act as main point of contact, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are updated on project progress.

• Identify potential risks and plan effective solutions.

• Manage project budgets, preparing forecasts and reports as required.

• Implement continuous improvement processes.

Job Requirements:

• >4 years’ experience in project/delivery roles.

• >2 years’ experience surrounding smart grid/energy systems/cleantech markets.

• STEM or Business education.

• Project management expertise, using methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Prior experience with project management softwares.

• Ability to adapt as needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
