​Green Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading corporate advisory firm who specialises in M&A and financial advisory across a diverse range of sectors including Natural Resources, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure.

Due to their continued growth across Australia, they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Perth to support M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including building complex financial models from scratch, valuation, and due diligence, to support M&A transactions in the energy, natural resources and industrial sectors.

• Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions, including managing relationships with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions, including reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external advisors.

• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, participating in meetings, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Your Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field - Masters of CFA certification is a plus.

• Experience building complex financial models from scratch.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Genuine interest in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, with a desire to develop deep industry expertise.

This role would suit someone with previous investment banking or valuations M&A experience however they are open to other backgrounds if you have ground up financial modelling experience.
