​Following ongoing growth we're working with an M&A and Project Finance Advisory firm specialising in renewable energy, infrastructure, and natural resources transactions to hire for their team.

They're looking for a Senior Associate with 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Advisory, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Project Finance within the renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors.

Your role:

• Manage and execute M&A transactions, from initial due diligence through to closing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial analysis, valuation, and transaction documents.

• Conduct financial modelling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to support decision-making and transaction structuring.

• Prepare client presentations and investment memoranda that effectively communicate transaction opportunities, strategic rationale, and financial implications.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions affecting renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A, Project Finance, or Investment Banking with exposure to renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors.

• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior team members in delivering comprehensive advisory services to our clients.
