​A leading renewable energy company that develops, constructs, owns, and operates high-quality wind, solar and energy storage generation is looking for a Senior Project Engineer.

This position involves setting the design standards for utility-scale solar projects, including solar energy, battery storage systems, and interconnections. The role includes overseeing project engineering throughout development, design, construction, and commissioning, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Operations Team with necessary training.

Responsibilities

• You will lead PV project design from start to finish through the design phase.

• Establish interconnection and design requirements for PV and BESS systems.

• Assist in testing and commissioning, including developing test plans.

• Support pre-construction managers with design reviews and revisions during development phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree within engineering

• Preference for PE license

• 2+ Years as a lead engineer on PV and/or BESS projects, preferably within utility-scale projects.

• Experience reviewing project drawings at various stages (30%,60%,90%).
