The Role:

• Oversee the coordination and management of international debt / M&A advisory mandates, including project finance, junior debt/mezzanine, and bridge financings, within our core markets

• Manage the day-to-day operations of deal teams, working in tandem with Directors and/or Managing Partners

• Engage in discussions—both deal-related and otherwise—with our global network of prestigious lenders and investors, including large institutions, debt funds, and international banks

• Guide Analysts/Associates in the preparation and review of teasers and information memorandums

• Analyze and review complex financial models using discounted cash flow methods, assessing various scenarios

• Coordinate and prepare for due diligence and documentation processes alongside international law firms and technical advisors

• Participate in deal sourcing and pitch activities with Directors and/or Managing Partners

• Actively contribute to the dynamic (both real and virtual) office culture of a young company committed to continuously improving its service quality

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of professionals to deliver top-tier service and implement best practices for our clients and partners

The Person:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance/M&A, investment banking, or private equity

• Strong customer focus with a confident and outgoing personality.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail and quality

• Good understanding of the renewable energy industry

• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
