Job description
TGRC has partnered with a London-based renewable energy company specializing in offsite private wire projects. Established in 2023, their projects provide industrial clients across Europe with direct access to 100% renewable energy, enhancing energy resilience and offering long-term price stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing new grid opportunities from inception to legal exchange.
Developing and maintaining key relationships with landowners to facilitate project land transactions.
Reviewing land ownership and tenancy agreements.
Coordinating and conducting site visits.
Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with landowners.
Negotiating heads-of-terms for lease options, purchase options, easements, wayleaves, and AHA surrender agreements.
Collaborating with the company’s legal team and external consultants on due diligence for property transactions.
Staying informed on land, grid, planning, and legal constraints.
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
Passionate about renewable energy.
The ability to multitask across multiple projects.
Tenacity, the ability to problem solve and the desire to learn/ask questions.
Strong relationship building skill.
Strong analytic skills.
Persuasive and deal driven.
Educated to degree level (preferably in a property or related discipline).
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of working as a land agent or in a land acquisition-based role.
Full clean drivers’ license
